Increase speed, boost efficiency
highQ is a software company from Freiburg with additional locations in Berlin, Hamburg, Frankfurt and Stuttgart. The company develops attractive software solutions, particularly for customers in the mobility and banking sectors. Due to its high affinity for innovation, highQ also regularly participates in research projects and is now part of the EDIHs (European Digital Innovation Hubs) at Bauhaus University in Weimar. The EDIHs are part of the EU's "Digital Europe" program.
One bottleneck for the company - as with all software system houses - is development capacity.
Start-up solutions for increasing productivity
The BadenCampus team worked with highQ in a structured process to identify the objectives and define requirements for how the numerous parallel demands on development capacities could be relieved. Finally, an international scouting process was used to find start-ups that have developed low-code or no-code development environments. One North American start-up in particular was identified as having a suitable offering. This was initially tested in early innovation phases as part of research projects and then incorporated into highQ's development repertoire.
